Business Description
We are a young small Alaskan family farm on a 30acre stead in rural Trapper Creek, Alaska that produces about 3 acres of 7 different colors/cultivars of 13yr mature peony flowers for a variety of flower needs from stems, bouquets, subscriptions, wholesale, and u-pick by local and direct shipped to your door within the US. There are 4 high tunnel greenhouses, 2 for strawberries (ready 2026) and 2 for veggies; as well as 2 fields for root crops, and a future orchard nursery totaling about 15ksqft of growing space. Poultry we tend is primarily Cornish X meat chickens and Indian Runner Ducks. With a farmstand cabin (bulk apothecary needs, fresh produce, and small local vendor style), plant room ( farm use), and a cooler pack room (farm use). We aim to be a fully self sustaining farm that can accommodate the community’s needs for a food hub of local diversified agriculture and room for agritourism gatherings in the future. In the past we operated in Wasilla, Alaska as a backyard market garden and now Season 2025 we have expanded to our new to us farm, as 3rd owners, that has essentially been labeled abandoned last couple years and we have been doing tremendous work to breathe life back into this abundant Alaska farmland.
