Chloey Tláakw Sháa Cavanaugh is Was’ineidi Tax’Hit Eagle Wolf out of Keex’ Kwaan (Kake, Alaska) she was born in Sheet’ka Kwaan (Sitka, Alaska) and raised in Áak’w Kwáan (Juneau, Alaska). After her grandfather passed away in 2018, Chloey embarked on her small business journey by digitizing his carving templates. Each sketch and carving template became a way to process her grief and connect to his passion and stories, keeping his memory alive with every stroke traced.

Chloey now extends her passion for storytelling and design to empower small businesses across the Pacific Northwest. Her work blends creativity with cultural reverence, echoing her Tlingit heritage and emphasizing the importance of Indigenous voices.
