We aim to strengthen food security and sustainability in our community by offering affordable, high quality health foods that not only boost immunity, but also leverage local talents and resources. With our creativity and passion, we are excited to offer a variety of fermented foods and other products that incorporate wild and cultivated mushrooms.
Amidst the disruptions of Covid-19 pandemic, it is our priority to make our products accessible to our vulnerable populations. We have successfully created partnerships to serve our products to the homeless population and Housing First residents in the short term and seeking ways to expand this service to a larger number of beneficiaries in the long term.
