Prince of Wales Provisions LLC produces hand-selected, wild Alaskan seafood for boutiques, wholesalers, restaurants and most importantly, the everyday household. Prince of Wales Provisions provides wild salmon, shrimp, crab, and other seasonal delicacies produced from the cold, pristine waters of Alaska. All products will be wild and commercially harvested from sustainably sourced, community supported fisheries. Our seafood is custom processed by hand and promptly flash frozen using small batch methods to ensure quality.
