Prince of Wales Provisions LLC will be producing hand-selected, wild Alaskan seafood for boutiques, wholesalers, restaurants and most importantly, the everyday household. Prince of Wales Provisions provides wild salmon, shrimp, crab, and other seasonal delicacies produced from the cold, pristine waters of Southeast Alaska, Prince William Sound and Bristol Bay. All products will be wild and commercially harvested from sustainably sourced, Community Supported Fisheries. Our seafood is custom processed by hand using small batch methods to ensure quality.
