We are a wholesale bakery based in Anchorage. Our founder, Tonia Winkler, started baking her Italian biscotti in Homer, Alaska. Many people adored her cookie’s delicious flavor and soft but crunchy texture that she created Tonia’s Biscotti. Fifteen years later, while Tonia has retired, we’re still using her fantastic recipe!

Our small team of bakers and staff lovingly do everything by hand, from rolling dough, cutting biscotti, chocolate dipping, to packaging orders. We’d love to share our delicious biscotti with you!
