Curried Venison Ribs

Thai style curry venison ribs

 2 Racks Venison Ribs
 Chicken broth/ soup stock
 1 Can dried tomatoes
 2 Cans coconut milk
 8 Thai Chili peppers
 3 sticks Cinnamon
 3 Inches of ginger rootChopped fine
 6 inches galangal rootSliced in big chunks
 1.50 shoots lemongrass
 6 Kefir lime leaves
 2 Sweet potatoesPeeled and chopped into cubes
 0.25 cup Curry paste
 1 tbsp Curry powder
 2 tsp cumin
 Salt
 1 onion

Throw all things above in large slow cooker, using just enough soup stock to cover ribs. Place spices/roots/shoots on top of meat. Push "on" and cook on low for 8 hours.
