As a health and well-being coach, I’ve made it my mission to help busy bees start saying “Yes” to what they need and “No” to what doesn’t serve them any longer, allowing you to thrive in your wellness journey and have a better quality of life.

Discovering what is holding you back and uncovering your strengths to help move you forward, we will work together to reveal what changes you want to make and build small, manageable steps to get you there.

I was ambitious and adventurous from an early age. If you looked at my social media profile in my 20s and 30s, you might think I had the ideal life. After all, I traveled worldwide, built two successful businesses, and thought I was well on my way to a life of happiness.

But the reality was very different. I was burned out, and my lifestyle choices were destroying me. I received a list of prescriptions and was sent on my way. That wasn’t going to work for me. There had to be a better way.

So being an activator, I set out on a journey of self-healing. I left old behaviors, habits, and self-sabotaging stories behind and reconnected to what my body and mind truly needed.
I made changes, one by one, and after a year, I was medication-free. I once again started living my truth and honoring my needs daily.

And I want that for you!

That is why I am now a National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach emphasizing in mental and emotional health.
