We are a wellness center that focuses on integrative and innovative therapies to help Alaskans who struggle with poor sleep, low energy, and high stress. We offer services like float and infrared-sauna, IV nutrition, red light, and heat therapies all in one space. We have a teaching kitchen that will open up this spring to learn how to prepare healthy and tasty meals.
