Foundroot is a small farm and seed company in Haines, Alaska. Our mission is to develop a secure Alaskan food system by growing flower, herb, vegetable, and seed varieties adapted to the Alaskan bioregion. We only sell open-pollinated seeds that have been proven for Alaskan growing conditions. Our goal is to empower more people to grow their own food, no matter the scale and create systems of self-reliance and food sovereignty for northern communities.
