It is shelf stable, made with 100% organic ingredients, packaged in 100% biodegradable pouches, and stamped with the “Made in Alaska” bear. Environmental stewardship is a central tenet of our company so a portion of profits go toward local organizations that protect Alaska’s wild natural environment.

Frontiersman Sourdough was started in Alaska as a way to share the rich history of sourdough in this state, contribute to environmental conservation in the last frontier, and support the millennia old practice of making sourdough.
