My business’s main goal is to make meat goods made with 100% local meat. I work with some amazing people who raise high-quality meat and treat their animals ethically and responsibly. Without the local support, I could not support the people I work with. Local support doesn’t only support me it supports everyone who participates in providing products that become something else. In my case charcuterie.  I’m very grateful for all the local appreciation for locally made products.
