Rhodiola rosea root has been used for thousands of years by northern peoples to help improve mental focus and physical stamina. Also known as a powerful adaptogen, we offer our Alaska Grown Rhodiola rosea products as an alternative to other Rhodiola materials that originate from wild harvest in the mountains of Siberia and China. In those habitats, the plants are threatened to extinction from over-harvesting, so it is important to use only materials from cultivated sources – like Alaskan farms.

We started working with Alaska farmers 12 years ago to introduce Rhodiola rosea as a crop that actually takes advantage of the Alaskan climate. We are also working to save the wild species from extinction by offering a high quality, cultivated, ethically sourced product to the conscientious consumer.
