Ketch Coffee Roasters is a small home-based business focussing on offering unique, high quality, approachable specialty grade roasted coffee and bean-to-bar-craft chocolate. By bean-to-bar craft chocolate, we mean that we start with raw specialty/fine grade cacao, which we roast, winnow, refine, and process into the final chocolate product we sell. For the summer of 2024, we will be at the local arts market at 410 Mission Street in downtown Ketchikan most Fridays and Saturdays.
